Overview:

Riepe NFLY® is a green, multipurpose lubricant for edgebanding machines. It wets the main pressure roller to help prevent adhesive residue from sticking and can also be applied to the edge band, tooling, touch and skid surfaces, and plate-protection film. The lubricating film reduces sliding resistance and helps protect delicate edge-band surfaces from marks, damage, and protective-film removal.

Hotair / laser processing:

• LP120/12 was developed as an alternative for the NFLY. LP120/12 is used specifically for hot-air and laser processes.

Additional Information:

Main pressure roller
Helps prevent adhesive residues from sticking to the roller.

Edge band
Creates a lubricating film that reduces sliding resistance and helps reduce marks, damage, and protective-film removal on delicate edge-band surfaces.

Tools and skids
