Returns:
- You have 30 days from the date of your order to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with any original packaging.
Refunds:
- If your item is misrepresented (e.g., incorrect description, wrong size, etc.), you are eligible for a full refund without incurring a restocking fee.
- For all other returns, a 15% restocking fee will apply to the refund amount.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team at 570-584-2002 Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern standard time.
- Once your return is authorized, please send the item back to us at the address provided in the return authorization email.
- Please include your order number and any relevant information to help us process your return quickly.
Processing Time:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exclusions:
- Certain items may be non-returnable, such as caustic or volatile chemicals, greases and lubricants.
