Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed during non-business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern Standard Time).
Shipping Methods:
Currently, we drop ship from vendors located in the United States. In the future, we may expand our shipping options to include vendors in Canada. We utilize the most economical shipping services available to keep shipping costs reasonable for our customers.
Delivery Times:
Once your order has been processed, the average delivery time is typically between 5 to 7 business days. However, please be aware that delivery times may be affected by weather events, holidays, and other incidents beyond our control, which could extend the delivery timeframe.
LTL Freight Shipping:
For larger items that require LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight shipping, please note that shipping costs are dynamic and will vary based on the delivery address and specific requirements. Factors that may affect the freight cost include:
- Residential vs. Commercial Delivery: Deliveries to residential addresses may incur additional charges.
- Limited Access Locations: Deliveries to locations such as schools, government facilities, or other limited access areas may also have additional fees.
- Lift Gate Service: If lift gate service is required for the delivery, this may affect the shipping cost.
After you place your order for larger items, we will follow up with you via phone to confirm the shipping details and any additional payment required for these dynamic variables.
Rush Orders:
If you require a rush order, please contact us directly at 570-584-2002 during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern Standard Time). We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Chemicals and/or Caustic Agents:
Shipping of chemicals have to be performed according to standards such as ORM-D. We try to keep these costs low. Distance travelled has a big impact on shipping cost. If you are unsure and would like a direct quote for shipping rather than letting the eCommerce system generate your cost, please contact us directly.
