Overview:

Riepe LPZ/11 is a transparent, water-based release agent for automatic edgebanding and panel-processing applications. It helps prevent PUR, EVA, and PO hot-melt adhesives from sticking to the workpiece during production. Spray it onto the upper and lower edge areas before pre-milling to reduce glue residue and help maintain clean panel edges.

For postforming or softforming and/or additional heating zones

For postforming or softforming processes, our highly heat-resistant release agent TH97 is used as an alternative. The special release agent can easily pass through heating zones without losing its effect.
